Individualization



OktoPOS is a standard system. Still, a partial individualization is possible. Either you configure the settings yourself or we do it according to your specifications.

Languages

OktoPOS is generally multilingual. For the OktoPOS Manager, this means that the language of the system depends on the language settings of your browser. If there is no translation available yet for your language, English is taken by default. The language settings of the other OktoPOS modules are chosen manually or are pre-configured.

Countries

OktoPOS can generally be used in different countries. Certain functions however, especially in the personnel sections, are not compatible with any country or require adaptation.

In some countries a local fiscal certification is necessary.

Interfaces

OktoPOS can exchange data with other systems through interfaces. For example, data for financial accounting or for the payroll can be exported. Please approach is if you need an individual interface.

Units / Settings

In the OktoPOS Manager, you define the units that are relevant for your business like weights, packaging units, VAT rates, work time settings, staff functions, access rights, etc.
