OktoKitchen – The Kitchen Control Module

OktoKitchen is the kitchen control module in the OktoPOS system. Orders are indicated on a touch screen monitor in the kitchen. OktoKitchen helps to plan and control. With OktoKitchen you can run your kitchen more efficient.

Stations

OktoKitchen supports any number of dedicated kitchen stations. Order are delivered to the station that is in charge of producing the item. The station can be selected by the chef upon signing in. Thus a cook can operate multiple stations on his monitor at the same time. If one station is overloaded, the load can be distributed to other stations that help the overloaded station.

Recipes

The recipe is stored with every dish. Chefs can view the recipe and cooking instructions on screen.
