Direct customer relations are an increasingly important factor for the success of your business.
OktoPOS is created for the integration of customers.
In the integrated customer database, customers can be assigned to the freely definable customer groups. Individual customer cards including a welcome letter can be printed straight from the OktoPOS Manager.
Customers can be related to their purchases by capturing their customer card or by searching their name in the customer database.
This way, it is easy for you to send receipts to customers and view their purchases.
If you want to introduce a loyalty scheme, OktoPOS can credit bonus points for each purchase. Points are accrued in the OktoPOS Manager. Redeemed points are subtracted automatically by the cash register and an account statement is printed with the receipt printer.
