Loyalty Cards
In the good old days, shop clerks knew their customers by name and loyal customers were treated with the intuition of the owner.
This does not work any longer multi unit stores. The desire of customers to be rewarded for loyalty however did not vanish.
OktoPOS has recognized this desire and has integrated a customer card system.
Customers can register for a loyalty card. Customers‘ data is recorded in the OktoPOS Manager and is available on the cash registers when needed.
Customers receive their customer card. The card is individualized with a card printer and it is sent to the customer or the customer picks it up at his next visit.
Customers can collect bonus points on their cards and redeem them later against awards or products.
After every sales transaction, the customer receives a brief account statement of the bonus points. The statement is printed automatically with the receipt printer.
In the customer administration, the sales and transactions are connected with customers. This way you can incentivize your best customers.
The customer card is also helpful in handling customer claims. Looking at the customer purchase history, you can easily identify the purchased articles and you can credit bonus points to the customer‘s bonus account.
