Recruiting qualified staff is gaining importance. With the shift of the recruiting scene from offline to online, it is important for you to address potential candidate where they are. Today, this can best be achieved by job postings on your company website.
With the OktoPOS Manager you define staff functions and positions for which you do your job postings.
Employee data is created and managed centrally in the OktoPOS Manager. Thus, the data is available throughout the system. From shift planning to time recording and absense leave administration. There are no more redundant data records.
In the employee data record, job-functions are assigned. This helps in shift planning and reporting of working times as well as personnel cost analysis.

The electronic employee file is divided into master data and current data. Current data include holiday accounts and time logs.
In the OktoPOS Manager you can manage job postings. The job postings can be integrated in the recruiting section of your external website. Applicants can apply directly. You can define a questionnaire that applicants fill out online. This helps you to evaluate the motivation of applicants and to learn more about their background. All applications are collected in the OktoPOS Manager for further processing.
