OktoPOS is targeted particularly for franchise and multi-unit systems. All organizational units work on the same web-based database with different access rights. This allows maximum integration of data and avoids redundant data.
At the top of structure is the franchisor or the corporate headquarter. Franchises, branches and cash registers are arranged below.
A new branch is created within minutes. By assigning a touch pad template, the cash register is as well quickly configured.
As a franchisor, you manage the structure of your organization. Franchisees work in their own space while using central data like articles and customers. This enables a uniform structure of your brand, controlling and external appearance.
