Discounts play an increasing important role in marketing. It is not enough to know the total sum of a day’s granted discounts. You need to know the reason why the discounts were granted.

OktoPOS offers the creation of an unlimited number of different discounts. Each promotion campaign gets its own discount button. In the reports you get an overview which campaigns were successful and which not.

Discounts can be granted as a total sum discount or as item discounts on single articles. Certainly the cashier can combine different discounts in one transaction.

Discounts can be setup as:

  • Percentage value
  • Fix currency value
  • New price
  • Minus article
