Reporting
In the OktoPOS Manager, different reports and analyses are available. The reports can be viewed in the browser, be exported as a PDF or csv (Excel).
Due to the central database and the integrated approach of OktoPOS, reports go far beyond those of traditional cash register systems.
The access rights for reports can be differentiated on a franchise and store basis.
The HTML summary of the cash report shows the most important sales data of the stores in real-time with the press of a button. The PDF cash report gives a more details insight and can be filed for financial accounting.
The detailed PDF cash report contains the following aggregated sales data:
- Distribution of sales, number of transactions and average receipt value over the day.
- VAT
- Distribution on forms of payment with balancing of expected and actual values and report of differences.
- Summary of cancellations.
- Summary of discounts.
The article report shows the detailed volumes and taxes on an article basis
All reports can be exported with the press of a button in csv format (Excel).
The top article report shows the best and least sold products. The report can be sorted by volume, net and gross sales.
The article time report shows the distribution of sales of individual items over time.
The discount report shows which discounts have been granted.
The sales report informs management about the development of sales.
The shift management report is the ideal support for store managers with more than 5 staff in a shift.
The report takes the sales forecast and compares them with actual real time sales. Considering these values, the system suggests the current target staffing.
Also, the store manager can see the personnel cost ratio in real-time.
