Shifts can be planned easily online in the OktoPOS Manager.

For staffing a certain function, only those employees can be selected that are qualified for that function. After selecting an employee, the times are entered. The system checks double bookings and gives alerts.

Different shifts on the same day for one employee are possible as well as shifts beyond midnight.

In the overview you can see a week’s plan at a glance. The plan can be copied to another week with the press of a button. This can be done for all or only for single functions and for all or single branches.

The bar chart offers a good control if all times are staffed effectively to avoid over- or under-staffing.

The different functions are distinguished by colors.

If staff is granted limited access to the OktoPOS Manager, they can see their shift times and locations online.

Further, individual shift plans can be sent by e-mail at the press of a button.
