OktoTime – The Time Recording System

OktoTime is the fully integrated time recording system. Employee master data only has to be entered once into the OktoPOS Manager and logging data is available online in real time. If you only need a time recording system, you can use OktoTime independend of the other OktoPOS modules.

Time Recording

OktoTime records the start and end time of work as well as breaks. The intuitive user interface reduces logging errors drastically and avoids later discussions with employees and corrections.

On the start screen, the logged-in staff is indicated with name an photo. This gives you an instant overview who is currently working. In the OktoPOS Manager the current log-data is indicated as well as an overview who is currently logged in an who not. This way you always have control, even with your smart phone.

Technology

The time recording system is running on standard touchscreen hardware. Depending on your needs, the terminal can be wall-mounted, placed on a table or run on a kiosk.

OktoTime needs an internet connection to exchange data. When OktoTime is operated without an internet connection, data exchange is done once the connection is back. OktoTime can be used independent of the Okto-Family only as a time recording and staff management system.
